Hemp-derived THC means tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) derived from hemp plant strains rather than high THC cannabis strains. Even though both cannabis and hemp come from the same family of plants, the legal definition of hemp in the US lies in its low concentration of delta-9 THC content.
