An Emerald Bay boat tour from North Tahoe Watersports departs from Kings Beach or Tahoe City and covers the scenic North Shore run before crossing the southern lake basin to Emerald Bay. The North Tahoe Watersports fleet is permitted to enter Emerald Bay, allowing close views of Vikingsholm Castle and Fannette Island, accessible only by boat or hiking trail.
